Monthly reporting package, budget, rolling cash forecast, unit economics, and the routines to keep them current. Typically a three to five month project with a handover to the client's own staff.
Ongoing advisory retainer
Recurring work with an owner or CEO on planning, pricing, hiring plans and cash management. Usually one standing call per week plus review of the month-end numbers.
